Weekend Retreat in Copenhagen: Reconnect with Your Feminine Energy

Join us for a nurturing 2-day retreat designed especially for women navigating endometriosis, vaginismus, bladder issues, or infertility. This is a safe and supportive space to reconnect with your body, deepen your understanding, and awaken your feminine energy.

Each day will begin with an introductory hour, offering insight into these health challenges — helping you better understand the physical, emotional, and energetic layers behind them.
We will then move into a gentle 1-hour Yoga/Pilates session, specifically focused on pelvic floor health, strength, and relaxation.
The morning will close with a soothing meditation, guiding you back to your inner balance and peace.

This retreat is about slowing down, tuning in, and giving your body and soul the attention they deserve.

No previous experience needed — all women are welcome.
