Join Deborah Tassi, osteopath, physiotherapist and lactation consultant, for a welcoming and supportive workshop dedicated to breastfeeding and early postpartum care.

This is a calm, judgment-free space where you can learn, share, and feel supported.

If you’re expecting your baby, you are already in the first weeks of motherhood, or you want to buy a gift for your mother-to-be friend, this is the workshop for you.

Together we will explore:

• How to get started with breastfeeding
• Positioning and latch, in a simple and practical way
• Common challenges and how to navigate them
• Understanding your baby’s cues
• The postpartum body: recovery, changes & self-care
• When to ask for help and where to find support
