When you're pregnant, it's important to move your body – but don't forget that when you're pregnant, you're getting to know a "new body," and every step in the process should be guided.
Along with cardio training, such as walking and swimming, it is important to also include muscle-strengthening exercises in a balanced exercise program.
Our osteopath and physiotherapist Deborah Tassi will guide you through a safe workout for all 9 months! This pregnancy workout focuses on strengthening the core and pelvic floor muscles as well as increasing flexibility in the pelvis, back and hips to prepare the body for giving birth to your baby.
