Pregnancy training program
As a pregnant woman, it is important that you move your body – but don't forget that as a pregnant woman
you are getting to know a "new body" and all the steps in the process must be guided.
Along with aerobic exercise, such as walking and swimming, exercises to strengthen muscles are important
to include in a well-rounded exercise program.
Our osteopath and physiotherapist Deborah Tassi will guide you through safe training for all 9 months! The
following pregnancy workout focuses on strength of core and pelvic floor muscles, and flexibility of the
pelvis, back and hips to prepare the body to deliver your baby.
